Your first visit will last between 60 to 90 minutes. This provides time for you to fill out forms and space for you to receive bodywork. During the session I will asses your current physical state and the patterns of movement that have brought you here.
The following sessions will last an hour. I like to know how you feel during the sessions, so communication is very important. Understanding how the work that is affecting you is essential for your long-term success.
At this point a plan can be designed to help you achieve your best result. After a few visits you will find more relief as your muscles begin to shift from their stagnant patterns into more comfortable ones. Less frequent sessions will be required as the muscles become more pliable and the negative movement patterns change.
